Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love what you ordered, but if something isn't right, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 15 days of your order's ship date. Items must be in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all tags still attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your Frank And Oak account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive your prepaid shipping label.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging or a similar sturdy box, ensuring all original tags are attached and the packing slip is included.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid return label to the outside of your package and drop it off at the designated carrier location listed on your return instructions.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
